Working Principle
- Pressurization: Hydraulic oil inflates diaphragms, sealing each chamber to 7 bar.
- Filtration: Slurry is pumped in; solids form cake on filter cloth as filtrate exits.
- Squeeze Phase: Increased pressure squeezes out residual moisture.
- Decompression: Diaphragms deflate, opening chambers.
- Discharge: Cake drops out under gravity and slight vibration.
- Repeat: Automatic resealing starts the next cycle.
