Working Principle

  1. Pressurization: Hydraulic oil inflates diaphragms, sealing each chamber to 7 bar.
  2. Filtration: Slurry is pumped in; solids form cake on filter cloth as filtrate exits.
  3. Squeeze Phase: Increased pressure squeezes out residual moisture.
  4. Decompression: Diaphragms deflate, opening chambers.
  5. Discharge: Cake drops out under gravity and slight vibration.
  6. Repeat: Automatic resealing starts the next cycle.
