We focus on manufacturing high-quality diaphragm filter presses and high-pressure filter presses, leveraging a fully automated solid–liquid separation production line and a rigorous ISO 9001 quality management system. Our equipment serves a wide range of applications—including tailings dewatering, chemical waste liquid separation, sludge dewatering, municipal sludge treatment, food-grade filter pressing, and pharmaceutical clarification—delivering customized, energy-saving presses and eco-friendly dewatering solutions.

1. Demand Analysis

We conducted in-depth research on customers' mine tailings dehydration and chemical waste liquid separation conditions, combined with the upgrade needs of food-grade filter presses and plate and frame filter presses, clarified the performance indicators of sludge dehydrators and diaphragm filter presses and the process plan for solid-liquid separation equipment, and laid the foundation for the design of efficient filtration and energy-saving filter presses.

2. Product Design

Based on high-pressure filter press and automatic filter press technology, the intelligent control filter press system and PLC filter press control logic are adopted to optimize the filter chamber mud discharge, filter cake extrusion and rapid membrane replacement functions to ensure efficient filtration and stable operation of environmental protection dehydration equipment and solid-liquid separation equipment.

3. Production Process

On the fully automated production line, high-strength alloy steel frames, corrosion-resistant diaphragm plates and high-quality filter cloths are used for processing, assembly and debugging. Strict quality inspections are also carried out to ensure that each diaphragm filter press, sludge dewatering machine and energy-saving filter press meets the design performance and service life requirements.

4. Delivery and installation

It provides functions such as rapid membrane replacement, online filter cloth tensioning compensation, and simultaneous linkage of filter chamber sludge discharge and filter cake extrusion. It supports logistics distribution and on-site installation and commissioning, and ensures the efficient operation of diaphragm filter presses, high-pressure filter presses, and environmental protection dehydration equipment in scenarios such as municipal sludge treatment, chemical waste liquid separation, and food-grade applications.
